Maintaining the Gains

This section is for people that have achieved the gains they desire and now
wish to stop the program. It helps the gains you have made in the program to
stay permanent and this is of course what we desire. You must NOT just simply
stop the exercises as you will not keep your gains. Before stopping the program
make sure you are actually happy with what you now have. You must follow the
guidelines below to make sure you keep all of the gains from the program.

The ‘cooling down’ process is designed primarily to slowly wean you off of the
penis enlargement program completely. Rather than shocking your body, the
following guide is designed as a gradual process – a process that helps assure
the permanency of the gains you have made.
The Process
Step 1: For the first week of the cooling down process examine your current
enlargement program, and reduce the time spent time (or repetitions made) on
each exercise and reduce it by approximately half. For example, if you spend 2
minutes on the Jelq each day reduce that to 1 minute per day, and so on.
Step 2: For the following week of the cooling down process further cut down upon
the amount of time/repetitions you perform, or else step back towards to
beginners 5-7 minute program.
Step 3: On the third week of the cooling down process you should perform only
the basic Jelq for a total of 10 minutes per day. This should be done for the
entire week, every day and without interruption.
Step 4: Although from this point all gains should remain permanent, we do
suggest that you occasionally perform a quick stretch or a couple of Jelqs
whenever the time is available. We also recommend that you keep your PC muscle
in shape by maintaining some persistence with regards to the Kegels exercises.
These aspects are not required to maintain your gains, but they are recommended.
